Resilient Ukraine at Forum 2000 in Prague: insights on resilience and collaborative learning
During the 29th Forum 2000 Conference “Facing the Odds: Democratic Resilience in Action” (12-14 October, 2025), both formal and informal discussions focused on how collaborative learning and the innovative adaptation of Baltic and Ukrainian experiences can help Europe navigate a time of growing uncertainty.
The Estonian-Ukrainian perspective was presented by Dmitri Teperik, Director-General of the NGO “Resilient Ukraine”, who emphasized that the organization demonstrates an effective example of cross-sectoral dialogue. Its approaches help better align community resilience, crisis preparedness, and participatory communication.
Dmitri Teperik joined the discussions and shared his vision of actions that can strengthen confidence in a strong European identity. “I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute and reflect on smart actions that can help strengthen confidence in a strong European identity, enabling us to endure until victory and secure a democratic, prosperous future for the next generations,” noted Dmitri Teperik, Director-General of “Resilient Ukraine”.
