Resilient Ukraine International Expert Board

To enhance the impact of best practice sharing, Resilient Ukraine has established the International Expert Board, an initiative to strengthen collaboration and bring together leading professionals from diverse security, resilience and crisis management backgrounds.

Mati Raidma (Estonia)

Member of the Estonian Parliament (committee on Defence and National Security), expert in civil protection and crisis management, international consultant to the United Nations Disaster Assistance Centre (UNDAC).

 

Kaisa Üprus-Tali (Estonia)

Expert on social and psychological support for vulnerable groups, with extensive experience in working with migrants, refugees and IDPs.

 

Vadim Ivanov (Estonia)

Head of Crisis Management Division at the Estonian Social Insurance Board, has many years of experience in disaster planning and emergency response and, expert in the EU Civil Protection Mechanism.

 

Dalia Bankauskaite (Lithuania)

Partnership Associate Professor at Vilnius University, she has interdisciplinary experience in security policy, strategic communication, societal resilience, and political consulting.
